Breath control has been known by ancient civilisations to bring many health benefits that science is finally catching up on.

After years of intense physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual challenges, I eventually discovered many breath-work and meditation practices that allowed me to actively regulate, find inner peace, and expand into possibilities. I believe that knowing how to breathe is the missing piece in consolidating a personal wellbeing praxis.

Scouring a wide range of techniques, strategies, and concepts, I started to observe similarities and important components required to ensure optimal engagement with the potential benefits of breathing.

1CNSCSBRTH is an overlaying breath framework consisting of 10 guiding principles:

    By comprehending, engaging with, and embodying each component, a renewed sense of empowerment allows you to alleviate and ameliorate emotional and mental health challenges.
