Evolution is now…
Prism It! is an iteration of the Prismatic Approach framework, intended to provide a helpful outline and structure for engaging with a Praxis of Conscious Reflection. Based on principles of Transformative Learning Theory, Heutagogic engagement, and Bio-Ecological frameworks, The Prismatic Approach introduces new lifelong- educational archetypes to provide engaging metacognitive tools to redefine reality within an ever-present ‘school of life’.
It is hypothesised that individuals who engage with this process will experience an ontological shift within their moral values toward choosing to interact with their respective worlds through a lens of altruism, civic responsibility and loving sustainable practices. This ontological shift toward altruism is further hypothesised to allow for individuals to enjoy an enhanced sense of subjective personal and communal wellbeing.
‘Prism It!’ is a meta-cognitive, heutagogic, archetypal, self-analysis and problem- solving tool that can be utilised by individuals or professionals for:
enhancing potential for learning,
personal development and growth,
appreciation of ecological significance for sustainable practices,
amelioration of mental health issues,
transformational culture shifts for organisations or communities
productivity enhancement
reframing and redefinitions of problems as challenges
enhancing subjective personal and communal wellbeing

Reflective Learning Tool
Reflections So Far
Welcome to the Reflective Learning Tool
This guided reflection journey will help you make sense of an experience by exploring it through an educational trait and synthesising deeper understanding into concrete actions.
You’ll move through the following phases:
- Experience – Describe a recent or meaningful experience.
- Trait & Suggestions – A relevant lifelong educational trait is selected and connected to your experience.
- Questions – Turn your ideas into questions to probe further meaning.
- Speculation – Explore a potential resolution or insight.
- Assessment – Receive feedback based on four core virtues.
- Resolution – Finalise your reflection into a personal insight or commitment.
You’ll have 1 minute of guided writing for each main phase. Let's begin.
Phase 1: Your Experience
Please briefly describe a recent situation, challenge, or meaningful event you'd like to reflect upon.
Phase 2: Choose Your Role
Please choose the role you’d like to explore this reflection through:
Phase 2: Suggestions
The purpose of this suggestion stage is to connect the experience you've just described to the trait you've been assigned to assist you on your educational journey. Please allow involuntary spontaneous interpretations and/or emotional reactions that arise to be expressed here. Everything you have to share is valid and important. This stage opens up the possibilities so consider the joy of discovery and possibilities to guide you. Have fun!
Dot point all your responses. The more the merrier!
Phase 3: Questions
Turn the previous suggestions into questions. Do this by rephrasing each as a challenge to be solved, locate the problem to be worked on, or find an idea to be uncovered – e.g., if ‘worried’ was a previous response, you could write: “What am I worried about?” or “Why am I worried?” or “Is worrying a helpful attitude to take right now?” etc.
Phase 4: Speculation
Choose at least one of the most meaningful questions you have generated above, and respond to it in a way that allows you to act upon the response you generate. Refine the possibilities, discern potential actions, synthesise your meanings, deepen your scope of understanding. Based on your new understandings, what is the best action you could take to resolve your experience right now?
Phase 5: Assessment
This independent reflection offers a synthesis of your input in relation to four key virtues—altruism, universalism, benevolence, and eco-psycho-social justice—providing encouragement, feedback, and suggestions to support your personal and relational growth.
Phase 6: Resolution
This final section invites you to summarise your reflection into a personal resolution. What is the most meaningful insight or action that you can carry forward from this process?
You're Done!
Thank you for engaging with this process. This practice deepens your capacity to grow, relate, and transform your experience. Through reflection, you align with higher values that shape a better world. We encourage you to return to this tool whenever you seek clarity, insight, or meaningful direction.
With love from the Infinite.
